The Experience You'll Create:
The Loss Prevention Coordinator will be responsible for identifying theft while reviewing video footage of various store locations. Ability to have strict attention to detail while reviewing footage for 6-8 hours per day is required.
  • Handle all client generated requests
  • Review videos to observe customer and associate behavior.
  • Identify and document incidents of theft or suspected theft.
  • Prepare detailed reports for review with management and clients regarding incidents.
  • Attend off-site client meetings to present findings and interview customers/associates suspected of theft.
  • Work with various stakeholders and authorities to achieve resolution.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Ingredients for Thriving:
  • High school diploma required. Continuing education with bachelors in criminal justice or retail management strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience with video review for loss prevention experience preferred.
  • Self-directed with a proven track record of delivering results with minimal guidance/direction.
  • Results oriented and flexible; Takes action as soon as a need arises and steadily follows through on tasks while communicating progress.
  • High level of integrity and dependability. Trustworthy and discreet, with high ethical standards and professional image.
  • Proven problem-solving ability. Detail-oriented with the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
  • Team player that doesn't mind working in close quarters with other team members.
  • Strong proficiency with electronic communication and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time. Travel will be throughout southeastern Michigan down to Northern Ohio.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work Monday - Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm.
