As part of the Contract Logistics team at Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in designing, managing, and optimizing solutions that keep goods moving efficiently. Whether you're leading a team, engineering processes, or driving projects, your work ensures that our customers' products are stored, handled, and delivered with precision. At Kuehne+Nagel, your contribution goes far beyond the warehouse-it helps shape the flow of global trade.

In this role, you will lead a team and have general responsibility for coordinating daily warehouse activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of your assigned area. Your typical shift will be Monday -Friday from 4:30pm to 1:00am. As a 3PL provider, we will count on your leadership skills to help drive excellent service for our valued customer.

How you create impact

Supervise and develop the performance of your team through effective training, coaching, and motivational strategies

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide timely feedback to team members

Implement strategies to ensure the highest quality of work, optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity, and meet or exceed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

Ensure safe operations and healthy environments for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors

Verify paperwork and accurately complete all necessary records and reports

Ensure shipments are accurate and free of damage, all product is counted, and maintain our product locator system

Help maintain the security of the warehouse and assure the integrity of inventory

Implement continuous improvement action plans

Be flexible to work overtime and perform other responsibilities as needed

What we would like you to bring

High school diploma or equivalent

3+ years of recent experience in a warehouse environment

2 or more years in a supervisory role

Forklift certification and at least 1 year of experience operating powered industrial trucks

Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Base wage is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and dental benefits, a retirement savings plan, and tuition reimbursement. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
