You will be responsible for providing enterprise-level support to our customers and partners. This is a very dynamic role where you will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot and resolve customer problems, interface with development on various product issues, and contribute to projects. Also, you will be responsible for handling difficult, complex tasks that will be delegated to you by support agents on 1stShift. You will be involved in improvement of the existing workflows/processes and defining next steps for improvements together with technical teams and management.

How you create impact
  • Deliver "white glove" IT support to Kuehne+Nagel executives and their teams
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues through ticketing systems using structured problem-solving approaches
  • Analyze, diagnose, and implement solutions, including system setup and configuration changes
  • Escalate complex issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology initiatives and deployments
  • Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies, complete trainings, and provide feedback on recurring user challenges
  • Adhere to processes, service levels, KPIs, and support shift-based operations
What we would like you to bring


2 years experience solving technical issues in a warehouse environment
2 years experience with WMS systems and RF scanners
Good communication and presentation skills.
Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
2 yearsTechnicalSupportor IT experience is strongly desired.
Experience in logistics- or transport business is preferred.
Readiness and availability to work in shifts.
