We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Team Lead to support daily operations, drive productivity and safety, and ensure efficient inbound, inventory, and order fulfillment processes within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

This role follows a 1st shift schedule, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm, and requires flexibility to support overtime and business needs as required.

How you create impact
  • Lead daily warehouse activities including inbound, inventory, and order fulfillment
  • Ensure shipments are received accurately and inventory is properly stored and tracked
  • Support picking, packing, and shipping operations to meet productivity and quality goals
  • Promote a safe work environment and ensure proper use of equipment
  • Assign tasks and help keep workflows running smoothly across the team
  • Maintain an organized warehouse, including inventory accuracy and space utilization
  • Complete reports and support compliance with company safety and quality standards
What we would like you to bring
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and work cross-functionally
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience coaching or guiding team members and providing clear direction on tasks
  • At least 1 year of warehouse experience (lead/coordination experience preferred)
  • Bilingual Spanish required to support communication across teams and departments
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and Teams for daily communication
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to follow through on tasks
