The Program Director will be responsible for hyperscaler multi-site operations across the US. The Program Director is responsible for the safety, financial, operational and customer excellence that each site provides to our customer as well as to Kuehne + Nagel. The Program director will report directly to the Hyperscaler Operations Director.
How you create impact
  • Lead safety, quality, and compliance standards (including IFR <2.5) through strict process adherence, SOP/WI effectiveness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Own full P&L and financial performance of the business unit, including monthly targets, budgeting, and internal reporting.
  • Drive operational excellence across sites by ensuring KPI achievement, standardization (visual management/reporting), and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Provide strategic leadership and governance by coaching GM's/OM's, supporting best practices, and managing network-level reporting.
  • Partner with customers and internal stakeholders by leading QBR content, managing corporate requests, and strengthening relationships to support retention and growth.
  • Support commercial success through involvement in new business, SOW negotiations, and oversight of legal and commercial requirements.

    • Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
    • 5-10 years of Project management experience
    • 2-5 years of Hyperscale experience
    • 2-5 years International experience
    • 7-10 years Leadership experience
    • 7-10 years Contract Logisitics experience
    • Travel minimum of 40%
