As a Contract Logistics Site Supervisor you will manage end-to-end warehousing operations for our customers. You will lead a team and have general responsibility for coordinating daily warehouse activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of your assigned area.Your regular work schedule will be from Tuesday through Saturday, with an annual salary of $65,000. Your shifts are scheduled from Tuesday to Friday, beginning at 3:30 p.m. and ending at 12:00 midnight, and on Saturday, your shift will run from 12:30 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. As a 3PL provider, we will count on your leadership skills to help drive excellent service for our valued customers.

Duties and Responsibilites
  • Supervise and develop the performance of your team through effective training, coaching, and motivational strategies
  • Drive a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel safe, valued, and included
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide timely feedback to team members
  • Implement strategies to ensure the highest quality of work, optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity, and meet or exceed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
  • Ensure safe operations and healthy environments for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors
  • Ensure shipments are accurate and free of damage, product is counted, and all necessary records and reports are completed accurately and on time
  • Help maintain the security of the warehouse and assure the integrity of inventory
  • Implement continuous improvement action plans
  • Be flexible to work overtime and perform other responsibilities as needed

What we would like you to bring
Skills and Experiences
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in a warehouse environment
  • 2 or more years in a supervisory role
  • Minimum one year of experience operating sit-down and reach forklifts is a plus
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Candidates must hold US citizenship
