Job description

Title: Customer Service Specialist
Location: Fort Smith, AR - 72903 (Onsite)
Duration: 3 months Contract
Interview: 1 round in-person
Work Schedule: Mon - Fri, 9 am - 9 pm, Occasional Saturday 9-2
  • Contract Duration: Strict 3-month contract from Oct 1st - Jan 15th.
  • Role Overview: Front Desk Customer Support Representative responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tools & Systems:
    • Experience with Bookio/Salesforce/Outlook preferred but not mandatory as they will be providing training anyway.
    • Manager specifically highlighted Salesforce usage; candidates with Salesforce familiarity will onboard faster.
  • Domain Experience: Healthcare background is not required; open to candidates from other industries.
  • Front Desk Duties:
    • Handle appointments and inquiries.
    • Support payments via self-service kiosks.
    • Must be quick, active, and efficient in managing tasks.
  • Appearance Policy:
