🚨 Now Hiring: Intake Specialist | Rockwall, TX (On-Site) Contract to Hire

Are you passionate about accuracy, compliance, and delivering a first-class onboarding experience? We're looking for an Intake Specialist to join a growing team that supports staffing firms nationwide.

This is much more than a data entry position. You'll own the onboarding process from start to finish, ensuring every new consultant is fully compliant and ready to begin work on time. Your attention to detail will directly impact successful starts, payroll accuracy, and client satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

✔ Manage the complete onboarding process for new hires

✔ Verify I-9s, E-Verify, tax forms, direct deposit, and required documentation

✔ Coordinate background checks, drug screens, and credentialing

✔ Set up employees in multiple systems to ensure seamless payroll processing

✔ Communicate onboarding status with recruiters and internal teams

✔ Maintain audit-ready records while ensuring compliance across multiple states

✔ Partner with Payroll, Client Services, and Compliance to resolve issues before payroll deadlines

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in staffing, PEO, EOR, HR, or high-volume employee onboarding
  • Strong knowledge of I-9 and E-Verify requirements
  • Experience working with multiple software platforms, HRIS, ATS, CRM, or payroll systems
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • High attention to detail and a proactive mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Multi-state onboarding experience
  • Knowledge of workers' compensation classifications
  • Experience with ATS, HRIS, payroll platforms, or CRM systems
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
