Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Executive Recruiter role located in White Plains, NY. The Executive Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and securing top financial talent for premier industry clients. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, building strong professional relationships, negotiating offers, and providing exceptional client service. You will collaborate with a dedicated, results-driven team to drive organizational success and deliver top-quality placements.

  • Proficiency in candidate sourcing, headhunting, and building talent pipelines.
  • Skilled in interviewing, assessing, and evaluating candidates' capabilities and fit.
