Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the contracts department.
  • Maintain contract files, databases, and electronic records.
  • Assist with preparation, review, routing, and tracking of contract-related documents.
  • Coordinate signatures and approvals.
  • Track task timelines and ensure no delay in processing.
  • Assist with Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements and subcontract documentation.
  • Assist with onboarding new vendors.
  • Assist with new vendor agreements.
  • Support compliance and contract closeout activities.
  • Assist with updating contract files within Microsoft SharePoint Sites.
  • Assist with updating contract department reporting requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Two years of administrative or office support experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Successfully pass background and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree
