* Provide 3 days of consulting for repository setup/data load and 3 days of YouDesign training to ADMB staff and stakeholders.
* Collaborate with domain architects and integrators to ensure models accurately represent TSA architectures and enable modernization activities (e.g., AI/IAAI infusion).
* Assist in maturity enhancement via the Enterprise Architecture Management Maturity Framework (EAMMF) by ensuring modeled data supports reporting and compliance.
* Address optional or emerging modeling requirements via contract modifications, negotiating costs as needed. Qualifications * US Citizenship.
* Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Management, or related field.
* 7+ years of experience in enterprise modeling, data mapping, and repository management, preferably in federal or large-scale IT environments.
* Strong hands-on experience with metamodel customization, data modeling tools, and migration processes.
* Proficiency in Visio, ServiceNow/CSDM, and similar EA modeling/repositories.
* Knowledge of FEAF v2.0, DoDAF frameworks, and data standards (e.g., metadata, lexicons).
* Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills: * Master's degree.
* Experience supporting TSA, DHS, or other federal agencies with EA modeling and tool transitions.
* Familiarity with Ins-Pi/YouDesign or equivalent Enterprise Architecture & Transformation Management tools, including setup, configuration, and training.
* Background in data mesh principles, AI/ML data modeling, or geospatial data integration.
* Certifications such as TOGAF, CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional), or equivalent modeling credentials.
* Understanding of TSA-specific domains (e.g., aviation security, TSE, biometrics).
