About the Role

As Supply Chain HR Solutions Specialist, you will be part of a team contributing to the day-to-day operational process for the Supply Chain Human Resources team.  You will build strong and trusting relationships across multiple locations and business partners through consistent process execution, data entry and coordination of communications, focusing on accuracy while achieving time-sensitive deadlines.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide assistance and coordination in the development and maintenance of specialized human resources databases, enterprise resource planning systems and computer software systems

  • Facilitate and support HR processes related to staffing, payroll, scheduling functions, job postings and various other processes

  • Utilize various software programs to maintain, compile and interpret data to produce and create records, reports, new forms and other correspondence

  • Support implementation and adoption of HR-related initiatives across the organization

  • Give recommendations and insights based on analysis to HR leadership

  • Establish and maintain influential relationships with internal and external partners

  • Set up, maintain and audit relevant internal HR records such as timekeeping, attendance, pre-employment screenings and I-9s

  • Additional tasks may be assigned

What Skills You Have

Required

  • Prior experience in human resources or an administrative role

  • Proficiency in computer navigation skills, including spreadsheets 

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

  • Flexibility to work occasional nights, weekends and holidays

Preferred

  • Experience with timekeeping systems (UKG Pro) and human capital management systems (Workday)

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
