The Enforcement Supervisor is expected to maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing the organization. This position requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to lead by example in delivering high-quality customer service and enforcement operations. The supervisor must demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and a commitment to supporting both team members and parking leadership

  • Assist the Enforcement Manager with daily operations.
  • Enforce citations in the field.
  • Prepare and maintain operational reports.
  • Evaluate patrol routes for efficiency and productivity.
  • Train, coach, and develop employees.
  • Review employee performance and assist with evaluations
  • Oversee parking capacity counts and related reporting
  • Conduct citation analysis and auditing
  • Communicate information regarding events, policies, and operational updates
  • Assist with staff scheduling to ensure adequate enforcement coverage
  • Monitor parking meters and signage and report repair needs
  • Monitor equipment and vehicles and report maintenance or repair needs
  • Review and submit citation voids to the Enforcement Manager
  • Respond to calls for assistance from guests and employees
  • Provide recommendations for operational improvements and increased efficiency
  • Organizational and leadership skills
