Contract Event professionals often work for event planning agencies, corporations, or as independent freelancers, providing flexibility and a wide variety of event experiences. • Support development and refinement of event operating procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the Events and Hospitality teams

  • Demonstrated experience independently managing events and serving as the onsite lead
  • Strong customer service and client relationship skills
  • Exceptional organizational and communication abilities
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and solutions-oriented in dynamic event environments
  • Experience with event management software; TripleSeat experience preferred
