Job description

JOB SUMMARY

The Contract Administrator is responsible for the set up and entry of completed agreements into Company systems and will perform a key role in Supply Chain by converting agreements and contracts into SAP and Coupa compatible formats as required. This work entails extracting relevant data from contracts in physical or electronic form and accurately transferring it to SAP / Coupa in accordance with established process. The Administrator works closely with the Contract Specialists to ensure data integrity to support Company contract requirements in a timely manner.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Import complex data sets into SAP, compile supplier price books, and enter the information into the appropriate system.
  • Update Contracting system and folders with required documentation, ensuring Company Technical Standards are met and adhered to.
  • Translate contract details into requisition form for both materials and services.
  • Monitor spend against approved agreements and take appropriate action to address.
  • Prepare contract spend reports as requested.
  • Close contracts in SAP / Coupa in accordance with company policy.
  • Support AES zero-incident safety culture and assume personal accountability and responsibility for safe work practices in all projects, activities, and operations.
  • Other duties will be assigned to this position as needed.


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of related work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
