This role is located in Somerville, MA- We are a hybrid work environment and are in the office 3+ days/per week.

What skills do I need?
  • 5+ years work experience in project / program management, manufacturing / production operations, management consulting, customer success operations or equivalent
  • Experience working with multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers and managing stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Experience working with manufacturing operations
  • Ability to develop project plans with owners and timelines, for teams that include customers, partners, and internal resources
  • Interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, including running meetings and delivering executive-level presentations
  • You will be among the first practitioners to help Tulip define what AI-first delivery looks like - training and tooling will be provided, but intellectual curiosity is expected

Nice to have:
  • Experience with AI-assisted project tools, knowledge management, or automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, Copilot, Claude or similar)
  • Lean/ Six Sigma
  • Agile and/ or scrum methodologies
  • PMP
  • Life sciences manufacturing experience

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables collaboratively with cross-functional teams and customers
  • Collaborate with internal experts and customers to define project success and requirements
  • Lead organization of information and communication to allow teams to focus on project work
  • Provide expertise and thought leadership to guide customers through manufacturing digital transformations
