Job description

The Platform Systems Program Manager will report to the Platform Systems Element Lead and include the following responsibilities:
- Manage program Platform integration across CPS
- Responsible for driving scope definition into contract and execution of the scope is completed in accordance with agreed upon schedules
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams through major milestones
- Engage with senior government officials and LM executive leadership
- manage customer interactions, communication and overall satisfaction
- Manage subcontract scope and execution across multiple Contract Line items
- Perform staffing planning across current and future contracts
- Attract, develop, mentor, and retain a diverse workforce while cultivating an inclusive work environment
