KBR is seeking a highly motivated and career-oriented Deputy Site Program Manager to join our team supporting a government client in Aurora, Colorado.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for directing all contractor site resources in coordination with functional managers

  • Support the enterprise Program Manager in reviewing business systems administration, resources, procedures and methods to improve operational effectiveness, utility and efficiency

  • Ensure all services are delivered and all tasks are performed within established program guidelines and budgets

  • Be responsive to the site COTR/CLIN Manager for day-to-day direction and prioritization of work

  • Responsible for the overall day-to-day management functions

  • Provide and lead an appropriately skilled workforce to carry out the functions of the SOW

  • Responsible for notifying Government POCs of significant facility events

  • Monitor the execution of financial activities to ensure alignment with Government execution requirements per fiscal year

  • Identify issues and adapt program plans according to the Customer feedback on program cost, performance, quality, schedule and risk.

  • Develop plans and schedules, and define and document the implementation of requirements

  • Use established program management procedures to monitor cost, schedule, inventory, and performance; assess variances of the plan and take necessary corrective action.

  • Review and clarify contract requirements as they are dispensed from the requirements management tool, and propose cleared, qualified personnel to expeditiously fulfill the requirements

  • Identify potential downstream issues that may negatively affect meeting requirements and provide recommendations to mitigate negative impacts

  • Manage customer expectations with proactive, consistent and transparent communication.

  • Ensure continuity of support with contractor personnel changes and approving of staffing alignments /allocations

  • Interface with the CO, COTR and Government leadership

Qualifications

Required:

  • Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI with polygraph

  • Five (5) years of program management experience with large, complexrequirements associated with operations and sustainment functions

  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar

  • Management experience with P&L responsibility

  • Personnel management experience with excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Proficient knowledge and experience in the use of project management concepts to manage items including, but not limited to: project schedule, scope, cost, risk, and deliverables and related metrics

  • Familiarity and willingness to manage a 24/7/365 operational environment

  • Highly effective organizational, interpersonal, communication, and group leadership skills

  • Ability to reliably operate in a complex and changing environment, demonstrating solid independent judgment

  • Ability to interpret, capture, and manage customer requirements and expectations

  • Experience managing facility management, operations, and sustainment projects.

Desired:

  • PMP or equivalent, certifications in quality control or assurance, experience with managing secure facilities.

Basic Compensation:

$125,900 - $173,100

This range is for the CO area only.

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation:

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
