The opportunity
Unity (NYSE: U) is dedicated to creating immersive and engaging experiences for developers, creators and players worldwide. Unity's Grow division helps mobile developers and publishers scale their games and apps through industry-leading user acquisition and monetization solutions.

We are looking for a strategic content marketer to join the Ads Content Marketing team. This team is responsible for producing the content that supports our go-to-market strategy across Unity's advertising and monetization products, including customer success stories, thought leadership, reports, and partnership content.

The role involves developing content strategies, owning and executing a continuous pipeline of high-quality content while working closely with cross-functional partners across product marketing, integrated marketing, sales, and creative.

What you'll be doing

  • Define GTM campaign content strategy and deliverables, working cross-functionally across marketing.
  • Own and deliver a rich pipeline of content that supports the GTM strategy across the customer journey and marketing funnel. Content types include: case studies, blog posts, ebooks, webinars, newsletters, reports, and presentations.
  • Collaborate closely with product marketing, sales, and integrated marketing teams to ensure content aligns with messaging, campaigns, and business priorities.
  • Monitor and optimize content performance based on data, surfacing insights and recommendations to the team.
  • Manage content through internal review and legal compliance processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand and content standards.

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of producing high-quality B2B content marketing that drives engagement and supports business priorities, aligned with messaging and positioning strategy.
  • Experience in mobile advertising, ad tech, programmatic, or performance marketing.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to distill complex ad tech or performance marketing concepts into clear, compelling narratives for a range of audiences.
  • Experience owning a content program, including stakeholder coordination and editorial judgment.
  • Understanding of demand generation campaigns, experience creating content strategy in line with such campaigns, and executing at scale
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to identify content opportunities, manage competing priorities, and drive execution independently.
  • Strong collaboration skills for working across product marketing, integrated marketing, creative, and sales teams.
  • Comfortable with content management systems, SEO best practices, and analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with GEO tools to optimize content for AI-powered search.
  • Experience with multi-channel content distribution and familiarity with content performance metrics.
  • Resilient, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment with evolving business priorities.
