Job Description

BeVera Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to lead execution of a federal website maintenance and design support contract for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. This role will serve as the primary management lead responsible for project planning, work plan execution, coordination with the COR and government stakeholders, meeting facilitation, progress reporting, schedule oversight, and overall contract performance. The Program Manager will ensure all workstreams remain aligned with contract requirements, government priorities, and delivery timelines while coordinating across content, accessibility, analytics, platform, and technical support teams. This role is central to Task 1 and supports cross-task execution for website maintenance, digital tools, and platform operations. This position is contingent upon successful contract award to BeVera Solutions, LLC.

NOTE: Position Contingent upon award of contract. This role is part of a pre-award candidate search for an upcoming federal government contract.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead contract startup, implementation planning, and ongoing execution.
  • Develop and maintain project-based work plans, schedules, and action trackers.
  • Coordinate and facilitate biweekly meetings, technical updates, and program review discussions with the Government.
  • Oversee monthly progress reports and other contract deliverables.
  • Manage staffing coordination, task assignments, performance tracking, and risk mitigation.
  • Coordinate with senior consultants and partner personnel as needed.
  • Ensure documentation, reporting, and workflow practices remain organized, traceable, and responsive to COR direction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in public health, communications, information systems, business, project management, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience managing federal contracts, digital programs, communications efforts, or web-support projects.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with federal program staff.
  • Strong experience with project plans, status reporting, meeting facilitation, and government-facing communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting HHS, CDC, or other federal health clients.
  • Experience managing website, communications, digital operations, or platform-support contracts.
  • PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
