Reports To: Vice President of Digital Marketing
Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday in office, Fridays WFH

Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven SEO Manager with deep expertise in traditional search engine optimization, AI-powered search strategies, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). This role is ideal for someone who understands how search is evolving including platforms like Google SGE, Gemini, ChatGPT, and other generative search experiences. You will lead our SEO organic growth strategy, ensuring strong visibility across both traditional and AI-powered search ecosystems. In addition, this role partners across Marketing, Brand, and Technology to ensure content aligns with brand standards, user experience needs and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that drive organic traffic, leads, and revenue
  • Optimize content and site architecture for both traditional search engines and AI-driven search platforms
  • Lead Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) initiatives, ensuring brand visibility in AI-generated responses
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure content aligns with platform requirements and SEO best practices
  • Analyze performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, AI search tracking platforms, and others
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, including algorithm updates, and AI search advancements
  • Develop scalable SEO processes and reporting frameworks
  • Support keyword strategy, on page optimization, metadata and content audits
  • Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on data and user behavior
  • Stay current on evolving SEO, GEO and AI enabled search trends
