TikTok Specialist/Content Creator

We're excited to expand our team with a TikTok Specialist & Content Creator who will play a pivotal role in bringing our brand to life through engaging, trend-forward content. This role will own TikTok strategy and execution while also supporting in-house creative production-filming, editing, and occasionally stepping in front of the camera.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute Cozy Earth's TikTok content strategy, driving growth, engagement, and brand awareness
  • Create, film, and edit short-form video content aligned with brand voice and current trends
  • Stay on top of TikTok trends, sounds, and platform updates, quickly translating them into relevant content
  • Develop and evolve core content pillars (e.g., Bed Rot and other branded series), turning them into repeatable, high-performing content formats
  • Collaborate with marketing, growth creative, and influencer teams to bring campaigns to life on TikTok
  • Analyze performance and optimize content based on insights and data
  • Be comfortable both behind and in front of the camera to help create authentic, relatable content
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing or growing a TikTok account (personal or brand)
  • Strong understanding of TikTok trends, algorithm, and best practices
  • Experience creating short-form video content from concept to execution
  • Comfortable filming, editing, and using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar
