DESCRIPTION: This person is responsible for the packing, cleaning, and handling of contents in client homes damaged by fire, water, and mold.
FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Professionally represent the PD principles of honesty and integrity
  • Working Hours 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
  • Ability to respond to after-hour/on-call emergencies at a moments notice
  • Must be able to communicate with clients
  • Ability to move/lift 50 lbs or more
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times
  • Valid Driver's license
  • Adherence to company policies including but not limited to periodic drug screening and background check
  • Willing to work in challenging environments
  • Assist in identifying damaged items
  • Gather, sort, pack affected contents
  • Clean and process affected contents
  • Proficient utilization of applicable cleaning equipment
  • Repackage cleaned contents
  • Proactive communication with management and team leaders
