Kate Lagos serves as Associate Designer and Brand Stylist, continuing the tradition of excellence and creativity that defines the brand's iconic Caviar collections.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Human Resources function, this role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining learning content across retail stores, corporate functions, customer care, and distribution operations. The Learning Content Developer will translate business strategies, product education, selling techniques, leadership expectations, and operational processes into effective learning solutions that drive performance and engagement.

This position combines instructional design expertise with a deep appreciation for luxury retail, fine jewelry, craftsmanship, and brand storytelling.

Essential FunctionsLearning Content Development
  • Design and develop engaging learning experiences using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Create digital, instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning solutions to support onboarding, capability development, compliance, leadership development, and operational excellence programs.
  • Develop facilitator guides, participant workbooks, job aids, discussion guides, coaching tools, assessments, and presentation materials.
  • Create microlearning, video-based learning, and performance support resources that can be easily consumed in a retail environment.
  • Ensure learning materials are visually compelling, brand-aligned, and reflective of the company's luxury positioning.
Product & Brand Education
  • Partner with merchandising, design, marketing, and product development teams to create learning programs that educate employees on product collections, gemstones, metals, craftsmanship, and brand heritage.
  • Translate technical product information into compelling learning experiences that enable associates to confidently communicate product value and differentiation.
  • Develop content that strengthens storytelling capabilities and enhances customer interactions throughout the sales journey.
  • Create learning solutions that support employees across stores, digital commerce, customer care, and corporate functions.
  • Develop content that reinforces selling excellence, customer experience standards, operational processes, and omnichannel capabilities.
  • Ensure learning experiences support consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Project Management & Stakeholder Partnership
  • Collaborate with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and define solution requirements.
  • Manage multiple learning projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
  • Conduct needs analyses and recommend learning solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Review and update existing training materials to ensure ongoing relevance, accuracy, and effectiveness.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Analyze learner engagement and completion data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Continuously enhance content quality, learning experience design, and delivery effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Education, Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-7 years of experience designing and developing learning content in retail, hospitality, consumer goods, luxury, or a similarly customer-focused environment.
  • Experience creating instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, and microlearning content.
  • Demonstrated success translating complex concepts into engaging learning experiences.
  • Experience partnering with subject matter experts and organizational leaders.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency with learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar platforms.
  • Experience developing facilitator materials, job aids, presentations, and digital learning assets.
  • Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and other productivity tool skills.
  • Video editing and multimedia development experience preferred.
