  • Concept and execute engaging video ideas based on inventory, promotions, and live dealership activity
  • Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and differentiators in a natural, unscripted style
  • Act as a trusted, relatable voice for the brand across social platforms

Video Production (Social-First)
  • Independently shoot and edit short-form video content optimized for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
  • Maintain fast turnaround times to support real-time inventory and event marketing needs
  • Collaborate with internal video and design teams for larger-scale or campaign-driven content

Social Media Execution & Calendar Ownership
  • Own day-to-day publishing and scheduling via Hootsuite
  • Execute against an established content strategy focused on events, retail locations, and featured inventory
  • Manage and evolve the social media calendar in alignment with marketing priorities

Performance Tracking & Optimization
  • Monitor and report on content performance, including engagement rate, follower growth, and reach
  • Track share of voice and competitive positioning within the RV and automotive category
  • Use performance insights to refine content direction, formats, and messaging on a monthly basis

Brand & Content Strategy Alignment
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, campaign goals, and dealership priorities
  • Apply influencer-style storytelling techniques to increase reach and engagement
  • Stay current on platform trends and adapt content accordingly

Qualifications
Required
  • Proven experience as an on-camera content creator for a brand, dealership, or media platform
  • Demonstrated success producing high-performing short-form video content (portfolio required)
  • Experience managing or contributing to brand social media accounts
  • Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook content strategy; familiarity with YouTube as a demand generation channel
  • Ability to independently shoot and edit video using mobile or lightweight production setups

Preferred
  • Experience in RV, automotive, or enthusiast-driven product categories
  • Background in influencer or creator-led content production
  • Familiarity with Hootsuite or similar tools
  • Comfort analyzing performance data and adjusting content strategy based on results

What Success Looks Like
  • Consistent production of engaging, on-brand content aligned to inventory and events
  • Measurable growth in engagement, audience reach, and follower base
