How will you fit into the big picture?

The Senior Manager, Seasons Portfolio Creator will shape multi-year seasonal growth pipelines and ready annual portfolio news that breaks through with consumers and customers. This role combines consumer and occasion understanding, portfolio strategy, commercialization, and strategic storytelling to create distinctive product, packaging, and program news. The role leads cross-functional alignment across Research & Development, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance and manages a team of approximately three to four direct reports. 

What will you do?
  • Leverage consumer insights and cultural trends to identify unmet needs and develop seasonal offerings that drive incrementality and strengthen brand relevance.
  • Build and manage a three-year seasonal innovation pipeline, balancing breakthrough ideas with scalable growth platforms.
  • Create annual portfolios of product, packaging, and program innovations that deliver distinctive consumer and customer value.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance to ensure successful commercialization and execution.
  • Translate portfolio strategies into compelling customer-facing stories that connect consumer insights with business objectives.
  • Develop clear innovation concepts, briefs, and growth opportunities that teams can execute effectively.
  • Oversee initiatives through the full commercialization process, from ideation and development through launch and post-season evaluation.
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members while fostering accountability, collaboration, and high performance across the organization.
Minimum Education & Requirements

Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience in marketing, innovation, strategy, portfolio management, commercialization, or a related field. Experience leading people and cross-functional teams is required. 

Education: Bachelor's degree required. MBA or equivalent marketplace experience preferred.
