You will serve as a strategic insights leader supporting Campbell Snacks, with a focus on the Salty Snacks portfolio. As part of Campbell's Growth Office, you will help shape brand, innovation, and portfolio strategies through deep human understanding, consumer empathy, and actionable business insights.

This role sits between strategy and execution - translating insights into clear business action while influencing cross-functional partners across brand marketing, innovation, analytics, and commercialization. You will play a critical role in driving sustainable growth across iconic snack brands by uncovering opportunities rooted in consumer behavior, category dynamics, and emerging trends.

What you will do...

Inspire action through compelling storytelling, strategic recommendations, and consumer-centered thinking that influences decision making across functions

Integrate insights into business priorities, innovation processes, and commercial strategies to enable sustainable category and brand growth

Lead and execute the consumer learning agenda across key brands, including foundational brand strategy, innovation, communications, packaging, and shopper insights

Drive insight-led innovation from idea generation through commercialization, helping build a strong pipeline within total addressable markets

Partner with Brand, Innovation, Analytics, and Commercial teams to develop winning strategies grounded in consumer, shopper, and category understanding

Deliver best-in-class foundational insights that serve as the strategic bedrock for brand positioning, renovation, communications, and portfolio expansion

Apply a broad range of quantitative and qualitative methodologies to uncover actionable insights and drive business impact

Identify emerging cultural, consumer, competitive, and marketplace trends to proactively influence strategic priorities

What you bring to the table (must haves)...

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred

8+ years of Consumer Insights experience, preferably within CPG or food and beverage

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$142,300-$195,700

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
