Job Description:

What will you work on?
As the Brand Manager for Melissa & Doug, you are responsible for driving brand growth through integrated marketing campaigns and strategic partnerships. You will lead our marketing communication strategy, manage the brand budget, and oversee cross-functional project execution to bring our brand narrative to life and engage consumers globally.
How will you create impact?

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, managing allocated budgets to optimize return on investment.

  • Direct cross-functional teams, establishing clear timelines and holding project partners accountable to ensure seamless execution.

  • Partner with the Creative team to define communication strategies and develop compelling, brand-aligned content.

  • Deliver strategic briefs to external media and public relations agencies, continuously evaluating and optimizing performance.

  • Consolidate complex campaign performance data to track marketing effectiveness, translating metrics into clear strategic reports for executive leadership.

  • Utilize consumer insights and audience targeting data to develop tailored communication strategies that build lasting brand affinity.


What are your skills and experience?

  • Proven track record in brand management, with demonstrated experience leading integrated marketing campaigns and launching consumer products.

  • Deep expertise in consumer insights, audience targeting, and translating market research into actionable brand strategies.

  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing marketing budgets, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing active campaigns to meet business goals.

  • Experience writing agency briefs, managing creative deliverables, and partnering with external media and public relations agencies.
