Polaris Estate Planning & Elder Law is looking for an accomplished consultative sales professional to meet with prospective clients and help them move forward with estate planning and elder law services.
This is not a cold-calling position.
Prospective clients come to us because they already recognize that their family may need help. Your responsibility is to understand their concerns, identify the right solution, communicate its value, and help them make a confident decision.

The Opportunity
As a Client Solutions Specialist, you will lead scheduled consultations with individuals and families who are considering hiring our firm. You will explore their family circumstances, goals, concerns, and potential risks. Working within our proven consultation process, you will then recommend the appropriate planning solution and ask the prospective client to move forward.
You are not selling legal documents. You are helping families protect the people they love, preserve what they have built, and avoid leaving a preventable mess behind. Success in this position requires empathy-but it also requires confidence, discipline, and the ability to close.

Compensation & Benefits
  • $50,000 base salary
  • Performance-based incentive compensation
  • Expected total compensation of approximately $100,000-$125,000 for successful performers
  • Top performers have the opportunity to earn $150,000 or more
