We are looking for sales professionals who can lead thoughtful business conversations, understand what a prospect is trying to accomplish, and connect those needs with appropriate solutions.We work with coaches, consultants, agencies, and online service providers using sales systems, automation, AI-powered processes, and experienced sales support designed to help businesses grow.What You'll Be DoingMeet with prospective clients through scheduled Zoom and phone conversationsDiscover each prospect's goals, business situation, and current obstaclesPresent solutions that align with the prospect's circumstancesHandle questions and objections with professionalismDocument conversations, next steps, and follow-up activity accurately in the CRMWork toward individual performance expectations while supporting overall team resultsHow the Sales Environment WorksAppointments are scheduled for the sales team, so the role does not require cold calling or manual prospecting. AI-supported lead-generation processes contribute to the appointment pipeline.The position is fully remote and offers a flexible working environment. Team members also receive ongoing sales coaching, training, mentorship, structured onboarding, and access to established sales systems.
