We are seeking a sales-driven Secretary / Notary to join a growing construction and development company in Seffner, FL. This role is ideal for someone who not only excels in administrative support but also brings a strong sales and customer engagement background. You will play a key role in supporting business growth by assisting with client interactions, follow-ups, and sales-related processes while managing essential office functions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a front-line point of contact for clients, delivering excellent customer service
  • Support the sales process by assisting with client communication, follow-ups, and relationship building
  • Help prepare proposals, contracts, and project documentation
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client experience and support business development efforts
  • Perform notary services for company documents and transactions
