We are a General Contractor located in Southern California seeking an experienced assistant ready to help our team of Project Managers with their daily paperwork. We are a family business in operation over 40 years!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Job close-out administration
- Change Order administration (owner and subcontractor)
- Submittal administration
- Create new job folders and maintain job files (drawings and photos)
- Taking and maintaning Job Meeting Minutes
- Download plans for estimators and order plans when needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of office assistant experience (construction admin experience a huge plus)
- MS Office Suite experience a must (Word, Excel, Office)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure

Salary: $65,000 - $95,000 Annual
Bonus/Commission: No
