Job description

We are a General Contractor located in Southern California seeking an experienced assistant ready to help our team of Project Managers with their daily paperwork. We are a family business in operation over 40 years!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Job close-out administration
  • Change Order administration (owner and subcontractor)
  • Submittal administration
  • Create new job folders and maintain job files (drawings and photos)
  • Taking and maintaning Job Meeting Minutes
  • Download plans for estimators and order plans when needed

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of office assistant experience (construction admin experience a huge plus)
  • MS Office Suite experience a must (Word, Excel, Office)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
