Overview

Our client is looking for a Construction Project Accountant to manage financial tasks across multiple construction projects. This role involves processing invoices, managing job costs, coordinating with vendors and banks, and supporting budget and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and monthly draws.
  • Track and reconcile job costs and draw reports.
  • Assist with budgets, cost estimates, and variance tracking.
  • Resolve vendor discrepancies and maintain communication with partners.
  • Coordinate with banks and title companies for draw execution.
  • Update monthly Cost to Complete reports.
Qualifications
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred.
