Construction Residential Operations Manager – Aluminum Patio, Sunrooms and Hurricane Shutters

Employment Type: Full-Time

RollShield is a leading provider of hurricane protection solutions, including hurricane shutters, aluminum sunrooms, screened enclosures, and patio additions. We are known for craftsmanship, customer care, and a strong company culture. We are seeking an experienced Residential Construction Operations Manager specializing in aluminum patio and sunroom construction to manage projects from start through final inspection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage aluminum patio, sunroom and hurricane shutter building projects from initial planning to completion.
  • Coordinate with customers, sales staff, installers, vendors, and subcontractor
  • Coordinate permitting, materials ordering, fabrication, scheduling, and installation.
  • Conduct job-site visits to ensure workmanship, safety, and project progress.
  • Communicate timelines and updates professionally with homeowners.
  • Collaborate with fabrication teams, installers, inspectors, and office staff.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, project budgets, and change orders.
  • Ensure all work meets Florida Building Code and RollShield quality standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in aluminum construction (sunrooms, patio enclosures, screen rooms, hurricane shutters, etc.).
  • 2+ years of project management or site supervision experience.
  • Strong understanding of Florida permitting + inspection processes.
  • Ability to read construction drawings and measure accurately.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license & dependable vehicle.

Preferred

  • Experience supervising aluminum installers or crews.
  • Knowledge of impact-rated building products or hurricane code requirements.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
