  • Ground up or remodel multi-family, hospitality, data center, light industrial, retail, or commercial project experience.
  • Wood-frame, steel-frame, tilt/precast, CMU, PEMB, etc. project experience.
  • Assistant or Lead Supers
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam, etc.
