We're looking for a Construction Operations Manager who owns projects end-to-end-schedule, cost, quality, and team performance.

What You'll Do
  • Lead construction projects from planning through closeout
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
  • Identify risks early and drive solutions
  • Lead a small, high-impact team
  • Coordinate across clients, engineers, and vendors
  • Support proposals, estimating, and company growth
What You Bring
  • 10+ years construction management experience
  • Proven ownership of projects, budgets, and schedules
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to interpret drawings, specs, and contracts

Bonus: federal contracting, remote/austere environments, Primavera P6, OSHA 30, PMP/CCM
Why PFS
  • 100% employee-owned (ESOP)
  • People-first culture with real accountability
  • Work that's meaningful, complex, and never boring

If you're someone who takes ownership, solves problems, and delivers-especially when it's not easy, you should apply!
