Construction Operations professionals serve as a crucial link between project managers and field teams, ensuring smooth communication and workflow. They often coordinate schedules, allocate resources, and monitor project progress to keep everything on track. Regular site visits and meetings are common, where they address challenges, provide updates, and help resolve any issues that arise.
