Who You Are:

Tribble Electric is seeking a Director of Construction Operations to oversee construction execution across commercial, residential, and service teams. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience in the electrical field.  This role requires leadership skills, the ability to problem solve, and oversee multiple projects and teams at once.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead over 100 electricians and 20+ project and operational leaders across 5 departments.
  • Ensure strategies are executed with precision and in a timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the leadership team to focus on safety, drive culture, and identify areas to improve efficiency.
  • Provide Feedback to our robust Process Improvement Team to ensure efficiency and support
  • Oversee budgets and timelines to ensure all projects are on schedule.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Qualified Journeyman with
    • 5+ years of experience in commercial electrical construction
    • 2+ years wiring new houses
    • 3+ years managing department(s)
  • Project management experience with AIA type billing is required
  • PMP, Master Electrician, and/or degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of Residential Electrical code.
  • Driving Requirements
    • Must have a valid Virginia driver’s license.
    • Must have positive points on state driving record.
    • Must be at least 21 years of age unless company approval is granted.
    • Must not have had a DUI, DWI, or reckless driving conviction in the last five years.
    • All driving records are run as part of our pre-employment process and reviewed at the discretion of the Safety Team.
  • Physical Requirements
    • Must be able to crawl, kneel, squat, and climb. 
    • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, unassisted. 
    • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
