We are looking for a Construction Administrative Assistant to provide dependable administrative support for a busy team. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and keeps daily operations organized and on schedule. The right candidate will bring strong office software skills, careful attention to detail, and the ability to manage changing priorities with confidence.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare, compile, and distribute reports accurately and on time for leadership and internal teams.
• Maintain office supply levels by tracking needs, placing orders, and coordinating replenishment.
• Arrange meetings by managing calendars, confirming attendance, and organizing required materials.
• Draft, format, and finalize correspondence, documents, and other administrative materials.
• Support a department or team with day-to-day administrative coordination and follow-up.
• Assist with assigned projects by gathering information, tracking progress, and helping meet deadlines.
• Organize records, files, and documentation to support efficient retrieval and accurate office operations.• At least 2 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant or similar office support role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong word processing skills with a high level of speed and accuracy.
• Experience using Adobe Acrobat in a work environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and close attention to detail.
