Job description

We are currently hiring a Project Support in our Program Management Services Division, based out of our client's office in Rochester, NY. The position will be in office 5 days per week.
The Program Management Services Division at LaBella provides comprehensive management services for complex projects and multi-year capital programs. Project teams are established to provide a customized mix of business consulting, project management, financial control and monitoring, administrative, and technical support services.
Salary Range: $40,000- $65,000
The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
Responsibilities
This Project Support will assist the Project Manager by handling key administrative and technical tasks, including SAP task-based routing, purchase requests, purchase orders and provide general support to different project and programs. The day-to-day responsibilities of this resource include:
  • Analytical Assignments - Perform a wide range of analyst tasks and resolve recurring issues independently with minimal supervision.
  • Data Parsing & Reporting - Parse data and present it in clear, meaningful formats for leadership review.
  • Financial & Budget Analysis - Analyze project financials, budgets, and cost trends.
  • Proactive Support - Anticipate upcoming responsibilities or needs and take initiative appropriately.
  • SAP Utilization -
    • Prepare purchase requests and purchase orders
    • Troubleshoot and resolve system errors with strong attention to detail
    • Process receipts, accruals, and invoices as part of the purchasing workflow
    • Create Work Orders

Requirements
  • Two-Year Degree in Business related field
  • 1 year experience in construction and project management
  • Excel, Microsoft, and PowerPoint Expertise. (Microsoft Excel utilization of pivot tables, v look up, algorithms, and excel other functions).
  • SAP experience preferred
