We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Administrator to support the DiMarco Group and its affiliated entities. This role is ideal for a technology professional who is passionate about the Microsoft ecosystem and enjoys designing, implementing, securing, and optimizing Microsoft 365 environments.
The Microsoft 365 Administrator will be responsible for managing and enhancing the organization's Microsoft 365 platform, ensuring security best practices, supporting end users, and driving the adoption of modern workplace technologies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment on a daily basis.
  • Design, implement, and optimize Microsoft 365 services and solutions across the organization.
  • Configure and maintain Microsoft 365 security baselines and compliance controls.
  • Manage Microsoft Intune, device management, application deployment, and endpoint security.
  • Implement and support Microsoft Autopilot for device provisioning and lifecycle management.
  • Configure and administer Microsoft Purview solutions, including data governance, compliance, and information protection.
  • Manage and support Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory), including identity, authentication, and access management.
  • Administer and support Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Monitor system performance, security, and user adoption while recommending improvements and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement Microsoft 365 strategies and standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft 365-related issues and provide advanced technical support.
  • Maintain documentation related to system configurations, policies, procedures, and security standards.
  • Travel to company locations as needed to support business operations and technology initiatives.

Qualifications
Required
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Strong experience with:
