Are you a detail-oriented leader with exceptional organizational skills? As a Document Control Manager, you will lead a team to oversee the processing and reproduction of construction documents, ensuring accuracy and timely release.

What you will be doing
  • Supervises document control department activities to include administrative duties as staffing and performance reviews.
  • Coordinates document requirements between personnel, owners, and partners as required.
  • Produces and updates work procedures and standards.
  • Performs audits and inspections to ensure department work is performed accurately, efficiently and with cost control.
  • Implement document retention program and procedures.
  • Files and stores physical documents, including paper, manuals, books, photos, videos, and digital media in the project files.
  • Monitors Primavera program for compliance to procedures and requirements of the project and the company.
  • Assists with internal audits and inspections to ensure department work is performed accurately, efficiently and with cost control.
What we are looking for
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years' experience in a related field required.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint and Primavera Contract Manager.
  • Able to train and mentor a staff as the subject matter expert in the department and procedures.
