Job description

CTA Construction Co., Inc. is a Boston based general contractor seeking an experienced staff accountant / controller. Candidates should be able to work within a fast-paced construction environment. Responsibilities consist of all accounting functions including:

  • A/P, A/R, GL, certified payroll and monthly AIA requisitions
  • Management of all project cost accounting with intimate knowledge of percentage of completion accounting and construction project costing
  • Preparation of quarterly tax filings in conjunction with outside auditors
  • Payroll, insurances, 401K and other human resource responsibilities
  • Company cash flow analyses and associated reporting
  • Manage insurance process
  • Company and project cash flow projections and budget forecasting

Ideal candidate should possess a BS degree with 5 to 10 years of construction industry experience. Exceptional communication, organizational and computer skills are a must. Excellent salary and benefits package.
