Title: Construction Controller
Salary: $165,000–$200,000 + discretionary bonus
Location: Norwell, MA – in-office work schedule

Construction Controller Responsibilities:
• Oversee the full accounting cycle, including close, reporting, and reconciliation
• Manage WIP, job costing, and project-based financial tracking
• Supervise AP, AR, and payroll
• Lead system enhancements and support integration efforts

Qualifications of the Construction Controller:
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Construction and/or project-based accounting experience with WIP is essential
• ERP integration/conversion experience strongly desired
• Proven accounting leadership experience
