You'll need to balance accuracy with efficiency, ensuring thorough conflict checks while maintaining quick turnaround times for attorneys and clients. Effective communication with partners and other departments is essential, as you'll be clarifying details and resolving potential conflicts. To prepare, familiarize yourself with your organization's conflict database, develop strong research skills, and stay current with ethical guidelines and industry best practices.
