Health Informatics Analyst

We're looking for experienced Health Informatics Analysts to help evaluate and improve AI systems being trained on healthcare and clinical data. At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research labs and your domain expertise will directly influence how AI understands, reasons about, and communicates complex health information.

This is a unique opportunity to apply your clinical data and EHR knowledge to cutting-edge AI development, all on a fully remote and flexible schedule.

Commitment: 1040 hours/week

What You'll Do

  • Analyze and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to healthcare data, EHR systems, and clinical workflows
  • Identify errors, gaps, or inaccuracies in how AI interprets or presents health information
  • Provide structured expert feedback to help improve AI accuracy and reliability in health contexts
  • Review and assess data pipelines, reporting logic, and clinical decision-support outputs
  • Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments on your schedule

Who You Are

  • Hands-on experience with electronic health records (EHR), clinical data systems, or health information platforms
  • Strong analytical background in healthcare data including reporting, trend analysis, and data quality
  • Familiar with clinical and operational workflows across healthcare settings
  • Able to communicate complex findings clearly in writing
