someone with specific, Axway Sentinel experience.
Must Have:
  • Experience working specifically with Axway Sentinel to build reports and dashboards
  • Strong SQL background
  • ETL related experience
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Reporting Analyst to join our team for a 1-year contract position. This role requires strong database skills, particularly with SQL, as the analyst will be responsible for creating and managing data dashboards using Sentinel, a reporting tool from Axway.
As part of the team, you will be gathering file transfer data from standalone databases connected to Sentinel to create meaningful, actionable reports. These reports will help ensure data is leveraged efficiently and in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage data dashboards for internal clients, each with unique reporting needs.
  • Gather and consolidate file transfer data from standalone databases connected to Sentinel for dashboard creation.
  • Use SQL for querying, data consolidation, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
  • Work closely with internal teams to understand their data requirements and deliver insights through customized dashboards.
  • Ensure all reporting and data handling adheres to HIPAA and other relevant data privacy regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes and optimize data flow.
Top Skills Required:
  • SQL: Expertise in writing and optimizing queries, data manipulation, and performing ETL tasks.
  • Sentinel: Experience with Axway Sentinel reporting tool, or familiarity with similar tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Fundamental Table Structure Knowledge: Understanding of database schema, table relationships, and how to structure data for reporting.
  • MFT (Managed File Transfer): Familiarity with MFT concepts is a plus but not required.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with large datasets in a healthcare or pharmacy setting is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills for working with diverse teams remotely.
