Job description

Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights? Elevate Patient Financial Solutions is seeking a strategic and self-motivated Reporting Analyst to join our team. This full-time, remote position offers a standard Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing the flexibility of working from home while contributing to meaningful operational improvements.
As a Reporting Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in building the tools needed to evaluate financial and operational performance to support strategic decision-making. Collaborating closely with our finance, operations, and IT teams, you’ll leverage tools like SQL, Excel, SSRS, and Power BI to extract, analyze, and transform complex data into clear, actionable insights. Your work will directly inform key business initiatives through impactful reporting, performance metrics, and data-driven recommendations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Creation of financial and operational analysis materials
  • ROI analysis
  • Data mining and data analysis
  • Creation of operational and performance reports
  • Creation of metrics reports (KPIs)
  • Presentation of analyses and models
  • Development of frameworks for determining effectiveness of products and processes
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (or equivalent work experience)
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills required (macros, pivot charts, advanced formulas and functions)
  • Strong Microsoft SQL Server
  • Knowledge of business statistics
  • Professional, accurate, clear and concise communication and presentation skills
  • Microsoft Report Builder (SSRS or Power BI paginated reports)
  • Data mining or Database Administration experience
  • Remote and Hybrid positions require a home internet connection that meets the company’s upload and download speed criteria.
