Conflicts Assistant

Salary Range: $58,000.00 To $63,000.00 Annually

Procopio is seeking a Conflicts Assistant who will work directly with our conflicts team to execute preliminary conflicts requests and process client and matter maintenance. This position will be responsible for completing administrative tasks and projects, and the ideal candidate must be comfortable learning new technology and systems. This role will also correspond with the attorneys on a daily basis to obtain pertinent information relating to new and ongoing client matters. Candidates must have great overall technical, customer service, and organizational skills, in addition to having strong MS Office Suite skills. Previous experience with Intapp is a plus. The candidate should also be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment where multiple projects are going on simultaneously. Ideal candidates are team players with a positive, professional attitude, have follow-up and follow-through skills, have high attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.. This position is located in the Downtown San Diego office with a hybrid in-office schedule.

Procopio offers generous total compensation packages. Typical pay range is from $58,000 – $63,000, depending on experience. If your pay expectation is outside this range, we still encourage you to apply. Bonuses are awarded in recognition of individual and firm performance.
