Job description

Dykema Gossett, PLLC, a leading national law firm celebrating its 100th anniversary in 2026, is recruiting for an experienced Conflicts Coordinator to perform conflict-of-interest searches in Intapp Open database and other required sources for all new clients/matters, internal searches and updates.  Conflicts Coordinator will perform conflict of interest checks and makes preliminary review of the results for lateral hires. Conflicts Coordinator will monitor the integrity of the system’s operations and ensure accuracy of data maintained in the system.  The Conflicts Coordinator position is fully remote and open to all our office locations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performs conflict-of-interest searches on the software systems provided for all new clients/matters, internal hires, internal searches and updates. Performs corporate family research.
  • Maintains appropriate data in Intapp Open and Aderant.
  • Maintains search logs for Intapp Open conflict searches. Performs other basic clerical duties as required. 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

  • Minimum two (2) years of work-related experience in law firm conflicts and/or new business department required. Prior experience utilizing automated conflicts and/or workflow system preferred.  Knowledge of Intapp Open a plus. 
  • Minimum two (2) years of general record keeping and/or filing experience required.
  • Background in corporate research or library-related work a plus.
