  • Support continuous improvement of configuration management tools, workflows, and documentation to enhance data integrity and traceability.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in configuration management, data management, or a closely related engineering support role.

  • Familiarity with engineering documentation, including drawings, BOMs, specifications, and procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple configuration items and changes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD Security Clearance; active Secret DoD Clearance strongly preferred.
  • U.S. person status required (U.S. citizen, U.S. national, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum) in accordance with export control regulations.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Experience as a PDM Administrator and/or with implementing and maintaining PDM workflows.
  • Experience developing engineering drawings and related engineering documentation in a mechanical or systems engineering environment.
  • Experience performing engineering drawing checking for accuracy, standards compliance, and completeness.
  • Experience supporting systems engineering life cycle management, including requirements traceability and change control.
  • Familiarity with configuration management standards and best practices in a DoD or aerospace/defense environment.
