Schedule: Monday– Friday, 8am – 5pm Job Description: Configuration Analyst is responsible for serving as the day-to-day liaison for our client contacts and their respective healthcare providers and vendors during implementations. Responsibilities include system configurations, creation and execution of test plans, delivering on project deliverables, performing quality assurance tasks, resolving escalated client-specific issues, and collaborating with internal team members and other departments for client deliverables and special projects.
