What is a configuration analyst?

A configuration analyst helps with the management of information systems and software and provides customer support with ticketing systems. As a configuration analyst, your job duties include configuring business processes and developing systems for documentation, payroll, and reimbursement. You continually monitor and analyze the efficiency of the system and identify where key issues impact transaction processes.
