Job description

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced UKG WFM Configuration Consultant with strong expertise in UKG Workforce Management configuration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring UKG Timekeeping and Advanced Scheduling, supporting integrations, troubleshooting system issues, and collaborating with business stakeholders. Healthcare industry experience is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
• Configure and support UKG Workforce Management (WFM), including Timekeeping and Advanced Scheduling.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations.
• Troubleshoot system issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to support WFM enhancements and integrations.
• Perform system configuration, testing, documentation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Support WFM integrations using APIs.
• Analyze reports and data to identify opportunities to improve system performance.
• Support ongoing system and operational activities as required.
Required Qualifications
• Strong hands-on experience with UKG Workforce Management (WFM) configuration.
• Strong experience with Advanced Scheduling.
• Experience with UKG Timekeeping.
• Experience with WFM APIs, integrations, and system architecture.
• Experience handling complex WFM configurations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience gathering business requirements and working with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
