Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
HubSpot Certifications:
The proposed individual resource should possess one or more HubSpot certifications that align with the scope of services described in this position.
Required:
• HubSpot CMS for Developers Certification and/or
• HubSpot Email Marketing Certification
Responsibilties:
HubSpot CMS and Webpage Support:
• Design, build, and maintain webpages using HubSpot CMS, including public-facing pages and landing pages.
• Support content updates, layout changes, and structural enhancements.
• Ensure webpages align with established branding, accessibility, and security standards.
Campaign and Digital Design Support
• Design and build email newsletters, campaign emails, and push notifications using HubSpot tools.
• Support campaign creation and execution, including layout, formatting, and visual presentation.
• Apply existing brand guidelines and digital design best practices. Extensive custom creative development is not required.
Domain and Email Configuration (.gov)
• Configure and support webpages and email communications using a .gov subdomain within HubSpot.
• Coordinate with government IT and security teams to support DNS, domain, and email configuration.
• Support email authentication and deliverability requirements, including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
User and Platform Administration
• Add, remove, and manage HubSpot users.
• Configure roles, permissions, and access controls.
• Provide general HubSpot platform administration and troubleshooting support.
Data Management and Analytics
• The assigned HubSpot resource shall have the capability to support data management, site analytics, and campaign analytics activities within the HubSpot platform.
